The newsletter is fabulous. The process was wonderful, you all were so patient and understanding with the numerous delays... the process and product were great.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with how the newsletter turned out. You did a great job with the photos! The people actually look like who they are and considering the light/dark contrasts - that was an accomplishment. Our ex-executive director commented on how we never could get such good photos in the past. Thank you so much! We love it! We also appreciate the effort the Accumail people made in getting the newsletter into the mail a little earlier than originally scheduled.

Recently the Woodward Assisted Living Home began plans to celebrate sixty-five years of service in the retirement industry. Fortunately I discovered Echo Communications, Inc. and Mark Belden. Mark listened to what I had in mind, reproducing an original 1940 news article without destroying the original piece. Together we came up with a reprint that echoes the original in every aspect. The Board of Directors and the residents at The Woodward were thrilled with the finished product and we are looking forward to working with Mark and the Echo group again soon.

I have used Echo Communications, Inc. for our last two major design projects and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The people are very pleasant to work with and the communication was excellent throughout the entire design, proofing, and printing process.

We love the posters! Mark gave me useful, and timely, information regarding budget, paper type, folding, and mailing options that helped me make the decision to go ahead with printing and mailing the four color posters.
